Uploads a file input used by cart items (e.g., image uploads, documents, or custom input attachments).

This endpoint is typically used before or during add-to-cart, where the returned file reference is later attached to a cart item’s custom/input field.

Note

Uploaded files are temporary and must be used before temporary_url_expiry_date.

The returned path or temporary_url is typically referenced when adding a cart item with input/custom fields.

Uploading a file does not add it to the cart by itself.

This endpoint is often used together with POST /cart/items.
