To create an Apple Pay payment, a domain association file is required. This file should cover all payment provider merchants in one country. If a new merchant registers, a request to register the Apple Pay domain will be sent to the provider. 

During the initial steps of the integration process, a file for each country where the payment provider operates must be provided.
